About the Space
Pool, waterfall, waterslide in a tropical landscape with mature palm and banana trees. Stunning location, various uses. Great location for social media content. There is a pool house with outdoor shower and toilet separate from the main home. Also available “the Man Cave” a separate room with seating, indoor toilet and shower, television. Great for wardrobe/makeup, nursing moms, elderly to get out of the heat. This room does not face the backyard or pool but provides added space.  We work with vendors who can customize your experience as needed. The yard is attached to a highly remodeled, luxury home and space interior is available for an additional fee (minimum 5h interior)

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Such a beautiful space! We hosted a baby shower this past weekend and the space was perfect for 90 degree weather. Tatiana was such an amazing host and was so flexible with some last minute we request had due to weather. We will def be requesting to use the space again soon!

Great experience with Villa Las Palmas….lovely facility and Tatiana was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Very pretty and unique space that could work well for any event, even our Boho Bridal Shower. Thanks and would recommend and book again!
