About the Space
We have a home theater, game room and a large backyard perfect for a photo shoot or an event with hot tub, fire pit, grill, back patio seating for big groups. Sleeps 16 people (If you are coming for a day event we can accommodate more than 16 people). Charming layout (2 bedrooms on each floor).

10 Vehicles can fit in a spacious circle drive in front of and on both sides of the house.
General Rules
Space can be used for a getaway for a nightly stay, during the day for a bright photo shoot or a movie filming or movie viewing in the theater room.
No smoking in the house. No music or noise after 11pm (town ordinance). No pets allowed no matter how small. No fireworks.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have a 24 hr Ring surveillance on the outside of the property. Camera faces the front driveway and are on at all times. Records audio, video and still images.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Entire home is disinfected and very well cleaned by a professional cleaning service between each guest.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
