About the Space
Book your next photoshoot/ content creation day at our modern, recently renovated, private home studio! We built this studio to service business owners and individuals who need a private space to take some photos, record some Tik-Toks/Reels, and more! This space is ideal for small projects that include pictures and videos! Max capacity: 3-4 people (to work comfortably). 400 sq. foot. Our space is newly renovated and painted with white walls and decorated with new modern furniture that can be used for your content creation! We have an easy-to-use installed seamless backdrop in 3 different neutral colors (ivory, tan, and gray); along with a beautiful luxurious white carpet (which can also be removed). In another corner, we have a beautiful mirror next to a nice window. (please see photos for more details). Please Note: This is our at-home studio located in the back of our gated residence. The studio has a private entrance/exit and a private bathroom for your convenience. We are located in a residential area which makes parking so much easier and provides less city noise. We are conveniently located near many major cities by the 710 freeway, 15 minutes away from DTLA, 35 minutes away from Santa Monica, and 35 minutes away from Anaheim. Included in your booking: - seamless ready-to-use backdrops (3 options: ivory, tan, or gray) - modern props/ furniture/ pampas grass / mirror / clothing rack - 43" TV (HDMI included) - Bluetooth speaker - 500mbps WIFI - Aputure 300D (professional studio light) - Godox SL60w (studio light) - Aputure lantern, Aputure light dome, (Lighting Modifiers) - private bathroom - private entrance/exit - one guaranteed and gated parking spot - street parking is available - portable air conditioning/heater Add-Ons: - photographer/videographer can be booked for an extra fee (editing not included) - your photos/videos can be edited for an extra fee (message for more details)

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The cutest studio space ever!
This place is absolutely the cutest studio!! Just as pictured! For the size and price you get a lot out of this studio and I feel like if you’re looking into a studio where you don’t wanna spend $100s per hour, this place is it! With larger studios with a higher price tag, you feel like you are forced to utilize the whole space for a small project or it might feel like a waste if you don’t get much use out of the larger studio. A smaller studio such as this one for a small project is perfect or even if you want some content for your social media platforms. You can get a lot within 2 hours for a great price. The host was very sweet, understanding, hospitality was amazing, and flexible with the booking! I was late to my booking (my fault), but the host reached out to me to make sure everything was okay and was super nice and welcoming upon arrival. Definitely recommend booking this studio!
