Large quiet streets with parking for multiple vehicles if needed

It is relatively well-lit basement setting, with white walls, ceiling and flooring. There are white blinds but not black out curtains at present.

The space has limited sound proofing. It is a quite basement apartment, at the back of a quiet neighborhood in tranquil Mapleton. We do not run the central air, but there is a quite mini split unit which can be turned off. There is a separated ceiling put in during construction to limit noise from above. The main noise would be footsteps from immediately above but this can be handled by letting us know you need to record audio. The only other noise is a distant train which is faint and can barely be heard in the basement when windows and doors are closed.

Stairs

This space is not designed for lots of big equipment. There is a wide staircase. There are also double french doors at the bottom of the stair case. But large studio equipment is not ideal. If would like to use the space regularly and will invest in us as a renter, we could look at investing in equipment you may need.

The end dressing room or bedroom.

Crews need to ask permission to access the circuit breaker. There are many outlets around the living room, kitchen, and dressing room.
