About the Space
Brand new house with tons of natural light! Custom finishes throughout. Large open kitchen, dining, and living space. Beautiful wall with picture frame molding that makes the perfect backdrop with large windows right across from it. 2500 sq ft on 2 floors. Quality furnishings and décor that can be moved around as needed. Custom marble backsplash in Kitchen. Custom marble fireplace. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Office/flex space on main level and loft/flex space upstairs with tv and sofa. 3 car driveway.

Lighting description
Lots of windows throughout! Large south facing double wide sliding glass door and large window. Natural light can be controlled with privacy lined window coverings throughout. Blackout coverings only available for windows but not sliding glass door.

Ambient noise description
Neighborhood is fairly quite on house is not on a busy street. Children can sometimes be heard playing outside and at the community pool across the street but overall sound control is good. Appliances and AC can be heard when on but they can be shut off if needed.

house sits up about 3 or 4 steps from ground level. items can be loaded through the front door (4 steps from street level) garage (2 steps from street level) or double wide sliding glass doors in the backyard (3 steps from street level).

General Rules
No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no parties, no illegal activities, no nudity, cleaning fee and security deposit to be collected.
Exceptions for smoking may be accepted on case by case bases (i.e. needed for photoshoot purposes). Additional fee may be required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved but everything must be put back in proper place.

Almost all furniture and décor can be moved as long as everything is put back where it belongs. Host will be onsite to discuss what items cannot be moved.

Health and Safety Measures
Space will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
