About the Space
Our space is 2600 sq ft space, clean with customized equipment and therapy area with sleek black therapy tables. We have an open layout with specific calisthenics and weight training equipment. We have one bathroom and a retain area with plenty of natural lighting. Wi-Fi is included, Sonia Speakers for Music is provided with the internet service. Air play is also an option. This space has been used for photo shoots, seminars, workouts, and more.

You can hear barking occasionally from dog cleaner next door. They are closed on Mondays.
We are on somewhat of a busy street but you cannot hear cars passing

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaner clean the space thoroughly before and after bookings. There will be an additional $500 fine for alcohol and smoking in our establishment.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
