About the Space
On the Lowell/Chelmsford line, this studio has plenty of natural light and offers a modern, clean space to give you the options you need to create amazing content! Our goal is to provide you with a clean blank slate for your creative needs. Clients can bring any props they wish to use though we have basic props, backdrops and furniture available. A tour of the studio can be requested. Studio is on the second floor. We look forward to collaborating with you and are excited to see how this space will be used!

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Perfect! The host and this space exceeded my expectations. I was a little worried at first because I had never done PeerSpace before but the host was amazing and this space was perfect. Such incredible natural light coming in, we didnt even need our light boxes. Truly perfect for our content shoot and if im ever in the area again, I will book here. Thank you!

Laura was there early to let us in and show us around the space. The space was clean, bright, private and had a lot of different furniture and props to use. Client found parking with easy and up to the second floor studio with little direction. Will be renting this space again in the future.

Amazing experience! The air conditioner didn’t work at this specific time but the location is great. Will book again soon in hopes that this small issue is fixed during warmer weathers.

Space is great! Really nice natural light and a few backdrops as well as a v-flat. Nice simple furniture you can incorporate. Laura was very flexible and responsive! Would definitely book again!
