There is plenty of FREE street parking available as well as a drive way that leads directly into the backyard the drive way and backyard parking is used mainly as short term parking to load and unload.

There is a driveway that leads directly into the space great for unloading and loading.

I have units and a guesthouse that can be used if not rented. This would of course be an additional fee.

The circuit breaker is in one of the units and we can allow entry for a flipped breaker situation.

Not allowed: No loitering in front of property or neighboring homes. No pets, Loud Noise after 10 PM. -Guests are not allowed to congregate in front of event space. -Sale of alcoholic beverages without proper permit/license is prohibited. Proper proof of permit/license to be provided no later than 7 days prior to event date. -Decorations are permitted but must be approved prior. All display exhibits and decorations must conform to fire and safety codes. The renter is responsible for taking down all approved decorations prior to leaving. -Smoking is allowed only in the backyard area. -Moving outdoor furniture without consulting host (tables, chairs, heaters) is NOT PERMITTED. Hours: Our space is available for the duration of your booked time. Additional hours for load-in, load-out, and any other access to the space must be included in our contact. Clean up: * All furnishings must be placed back in their original position. * All trash must be placed in their respective bags/bins. Blue Bin - Recycle ONLY. Black Bin - all other trash. Cleaning fee does not include decoration/scrap removal. - Renter is responsible for any damages to property that may have been caused by the Renter and/or the Renter’s guests. Renter’s are required to adhere to the Backyard Rules posted on the walls/backdoor and are required to ensure their guests honor them as well. Owner and/or host will use reasonable best efforts to report any damages or loss of property to the Renter on the day of the Event, however, some things may not be noticed until after the Event ends. Host reserves the right to make a thorough inspection of the property and identify/assess damages within five (5) business days of the event. If damage has occurred, we will provide an itemized list to the Renter and host will invoice renter for payment in full or deduct expenses from deposit. Note: We will make reasonable best efforts to repair all damages prior to contacting renter in the event equipment can be fixed on site. -Guest must confirm the pick up time for any external vendor rentals. Any items not picked up with the event end time and clean up time will be subject to a $150 overnight fee. An additional $200 security deposit is due 48 hours prior to the event and will be refunded at the end of the event (if no damages are reported). This can be paid via Zelle Security deposits are fully refundable in the event of cancelation.

Furniture can be moved as long as placed back after. Decorations is allowed as long as approved ahead of time and removed and cleaned up after.
