Ample parking is available on the large circle driveway. Approximately 20 cars can fit. It is a gated community so there is no difficulty finding parking and there is no traffic.

The windows are covered by blackout curtains which can be opened to allow natural lighting. The space is also fitted with tons of artificial lighting that can be set to your custom needs.

You cannot hear the neighbors as the mansions are spaced out. We are in a gated community so it is not a busy street. There will be no noise from the appliances.

There is No smoking allowed in the building. The is No alcohol allowed after 10pm. Outside catering is allowed. Overtime Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Cleaning / damages The Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Guest will be charged for any items or property they damage or break. Furniture Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. If you give us a 7 day notice we may purchase any special backdrops that you'd like to use. Miscellaneous There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. No loud music after 11pm Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space

Do not take or remove the furniture from the building.
