Since each bachelor is unique his party should be like none other. So why not aim for something truly special instead of what everyone else goes for?
One fun thing to do in Chicago for a bachelor party is to watch a game or movie at a
screening room. You don't have to wait for a sports bar or movie theater to showcase your favorites, either. Screening room rentals are available throughout the city. One of our favorites is the Ambassador Chicago, a historic hotel nearly a century old. Their screening room is in the back of the library; the centerpiece is a 110 inch plasma TV with surround sound and seating for up to 40 guests. Before or after the viewing you and your friends can retire to The Ambassador Room, a 4,000 sq. ft. restaurant, for drinks and gourmet dining.
Another idea is to rent a private party room in a karaoke bar, which Chicago has no shortage of. If you want the full East Asian experience, check out Murasaki Lounge, adjacent to the Magnificent Mile, in the Near North Side. With thousands of English and Japanese hit songs on their machine, you'll never get through them all in one night. But as you try, enjoy a fantastic selection of fine sake and authentic Japanese cuisine.
