Good space! The conference room was on the second floor of the building so it is worth noting the address of this listing should be Suite 200 not 300. I had informed our group incorrectly and then we had some issues with people not being able to find the room. The building itself is easy to find and there was lots of parking available which was great. The kitchenette space has a sink and fridge which was perfect for the catering we had. However, the room was quite disheveled when we arrived with food and trash on the floor and no clear instructions on how to connect with the screen. It was also very hot in the room, and I am guessing the AC turns off at 5pm so if you are doing an after hour booking you may want to request they keep it on later as it got pretty stuffy for our large group. Overall I would still book again but would just arrive a little earlier to set up and bring some signage for others to find the room.
