The venue is fantastic and we couldn’t have had a better host other than Kelly - she was very accommodating and answered all our questions within minutes (especially as someone who’s new to SF ourselves!). We hosted a conference for +30 people and it served as a perfect space for seminar space, networking event and a drinks reception altogether in one event. Perfect venue, perfect host.

Beautiful space! We loved it. Well maintained. It worked great for our 24 person offsite. Location is amazing as well. Kelly is responsive and helpful. Would book again.

The space overall was great for our 50-person team offsite. It's clean and spacious, has plenty of chairs and tables, monitors and microphones for presentations, and a refrigerator for beverages. It's centrally located and easy to find, both for those familiar with SF and for those from out of town. Instructions to enter were clear, and we had an easy time accessing the space and getting set up for our meeting. Wifi is available in the space, though we did have a few attendees experience some challenges connecting, particularly when everyone present was connected. The space is beautiful and the all-glass walls let in plenty of light; something to consider, however, is that it isn't ideal for presenting sensitive material, as passersby (which are constant throughout the day) can easily see inside. Lastly, the restrooms are located outside of the space and it took some doing to find them the first time around. All of that being said, we really enjoyed the space, and I will recommend it to others on my team for planning offsite meetings in SF.

If anything, I may have neglected to read in the listing that the space is on the first floor of 3 Embarcadero Center and the space is enclosed with all glass walls (which makes the space feel even more spacious than it is!) We used the space for our multi-day 35 person staff retreat. Pros: It was great for our mix of presentations, team building activities, and taking headshots. Folks had different corners of the venue to go to. Kelly was very responsive to my questions. The fridge was handy. There are some foldable tables in the closet that you can pull out for use. Large closet for storage. Handy to have multiple TVs to plug one's computer into. Some downsides: Restroom is on the second floor outside the venue, no sink so we had to bring our own gallons of water, the key is a bit hard to figure out, and no staff emptied the trash after the 1st day of our multiday retreat. Moving the wood tables and TVs was a bit tricky (cumbersome). If you get catering, you'll have to go find your caterer as the venue doesn't have its own suite number.

Booked the space for a department meeting with 28 people. It's a great space with lots of table and chairs for breakout groups and the team was impressed with the space. Kelly was so responsive and answered all my questions really quickly. Will definitely book again.

Kelly was great -- very responsive and got on calls with me whenever I needed. The space was perfect for our 55-person conference. We used half the room for breaks/lunch and the other half for the meeting (set up classroom style). We rented the classroom style furniture from Abbey. Lighting was great, AC was working (it was a hot day), and no issues with the Wi-Fi included with the rental. We also used Codi's TVs and had no issue. The only small complaints we had from guests was that the restrooms were hard to find. Also, often times we can hear the delivery carts roll by outside the conference space and it was a little distracting. Overall, we were happy with the space. Will rent again!
