General Rules
While enjoying this private creative space, please be mindful:
No smoking allowed under any circumstances.
No loitering outside of property.
No alcohol sales
No pornography
No cooking
No pets allowed
Light finger foods allowed
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided.
Ages 21+
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be rearranged however may NOT be removed from the home. Furniture must be placed back in its original space upon leaving.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our Space is cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis even when no guest are booked.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
