We have an 8 acre farm with plenty of parking available.

All children must be accompanied by an adult of their party at all times. The camper is child friendly, but not child proof. Remember the number one universal farm rule: Leave any gate open or closed as you found it. Your secluded airstream getaway is located in our stock field. This is where we keep the farm animals that live on the property. Please understand the importance of closing each of the two gates you must walk through between parking and entering your private airstream yard. The safety of the animals depends on your attention to this detail. Farm animals are NEVER to be chased. Do not enter the chicken coop or any other animal pens. Some of the pens are spacious and empty, but even these should not be entered. Do keep an eye out for the normal Texas country hazards, like nettle, poison ivy, snakes and biting insects. Inside the camper we do ask that you refrain from smoking, lighting candles or from other forms of open flame. We have a lighter available only to light the firepit outside. Smoking in the camper incurs large cleaning fees for us ($250) that we will have to pass along to the guest party involved. We are on septic. Only RV toilet paper and human waste is to be flushed or go down drains. Outside of the camper we ask that you do not throw cigarette butts, food or any kind of trash.
