About the Space
The living space for rental is about 600 sq ft with a functional kitchen and dining area. This space is suitable for meetings, events, productions, photoshoots, interviews and many more. Three breakout rooms available upon request. The loft upstairs is perfect for meetings, interviews, productions, etc. provides a peaceful and relaxing experience. It has a sitting area with TV, a full bathroom. The view of Mt. Rainer from the loft provides a perfect backdrop. The backyard of this home is great for outdoor events and production. The property has a next gen suite attached, with a separate entrance and locked at all times (not part of the rental, it is occupied)

Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned and disinfected after each guest.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
