Brandnew Kitchenette has filtered drinking water, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine. We provide Bluetooth speakers to connect with your cell phone or laptop. The large backyard can expand your event's outdoor needs. We never stopped improving our services, you will find 80+ Add-Ons to help you achieve the best events. Our studio is easily accessible, near Santa Clara Square, and has quick access to freeways. Around the corner are restaurants, cafes, Whole Foods, and Costco. There are over a hundred free parking spaces in the quiet industry park. • Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. It must be at least 4 hours. Per Peerspace's policy, overtime is charged at a 1.5x hourly rate. • We offer a 20% discount on bookings of 8 hours or more. • $89/hour on weekdays, $135/hour on weekends, and $149/hour for less than 4 hours. • The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in, and teardown time is included in your rental, so please book accordingly. • You are welcome to have your catering and drinks, just remember to clean up after your event. If a prop is damaged or used up, there may be a replacement fee. COVID-19 Community Safety Notes + Measures: We are committed to providing a healthy and safe space for creatives to rent. Therefore, we are cleaning and sanitizing our space before/after every rental to ensure the safety of our community. We ask that you please wash your hands (20 seconds) upon entering the space. We will provide a disinfectant station in our bathroom that includes soap, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, and disposable gloves. We no longer require vaccinated guests to wear face-covering.

The place was amazing for my birthday party . I had about 60 people , it was spacious . The band and dj were able quickly connect to the sounds system and sounds was really good . The lights and laser add a lot . Diana is very pleasant to communicate and responds quickly . We would be happy to come again ! The place is soundproof so we could play music late and it was great .

This event space was extremely clean, easy to work with and all the amenities that came with it were well worth it. We also rented out the back space for a Taquero and Jumper. Will definitely book here again for any party needs. 10/10 recommend.

The space worked well for our baby shower. We appreciated the stage area and microphone for playing games and interacting with our guests. Guests said the place was easy to find. Diana offered some nice perks for booking early when we were still enquiring about the space. Diana was communicative and responded promptly to questions. My only disappointment was that she showed multiple other guests the space during our paid time, which was very distracting and a little intrusive. While she was doing that, I had questions about the space that she only had the answers to. I would’ve appreciated her full attention and no other people in the space during our scheduled time.

We had an amazing experience at this venue. Right from the beginning, Diana was very responsive to my queries. She was kind enough to accommodate a date change as well. The cleanliness, lighting, furniture, sound system everything is top notch and I highly recommend this place for any type of small gathering. Will surely book again for future occasions
