Our spacious lush green garden with soaring palms, and an overall garden space of 5500 sqft surrounded by a mesmerizing hills view with additional lovely features makes every event a fairytale. The 12-feet wide white hexagonal fancy gazebo, a lovely large fountain with the soothing sounds of water falling from five floral tiers, and traditional white post lights add to its unique, tranquil ambiance. The light blue paved floor around the central gazebo area makes it feel like it's surrounded by water at night. Every feature; the new covered patios, fountain, gazebo, post lights, curved path way and the rest of the flooring - is created in pure white color to enhance any color scheme or theme of the event. All palm trees have twinkling tiny solar lights top-to-bottom to have a magical look at night. Every Event planner visiting this venue has complemented the garden with frequent wows while taking their first tour of the space. There is a brand new BBQ grill and an outdoor sink, recently added, to amplify facility and ease. We can provide a rest room and a guest room, if required. Covered patios and huge RV parking space, paved in white terra cotta style, in the main entrance can be used for any welcome balloon or flower arch, party games and food-trucks/vendors. Ample parking for cars is free on the streets except in front of mailboxes or driveways. Pricing is negotiable and varies according to event requirements & the number of hours ($200 - $4500 per day) Activities: Weddings, Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, Private Parties, Marriage Proposals, Anniversary Dinners, Bridal Brunch, & Photo-shoots. We can allow photo shoots in the great room area with ornate French furniture (Louis XVI styled) for an additional fee. 2023 Pricing examples: - Intimate family party: starting at $300 for a small group guests, 4 hours including setup and clean up. - Marriage Proposals: starting at $100 per hour, 3 hours for setup + 2 hours for the proposal event. Additional charges for candlelight dinner. - Wedding Ceremony Only: starting at $1,200 for up to 300 guests, 5 hours for setup & cleanup, 3-5 hours for ceremony. - Wedding Reception Only: starting at $1,500 for up to 200 guests, 5 hours for setup, 4-7 hours for reception activities and dinner time. - Wedding Ceremony & Reception for up to 100 guests: starting at $2,200, example set up time: 7am-12pm (5 hours), Ceremony and Bride/Groom Balcony Wave: 12pm-3pm, Cocktail/Social: 3pm-4pm, Reception Activities & Dinner: 4pm-7pm, Bride & Groom Farewell: 7pm-8pm, Wrap-up/Clean-up: 8pm-10pm. - Baby Shower: $500 to $2,000 depending on number of guests and hours of event. - Bridal Shower/Brunch: $200 to $1800 depending on the number of guests and hours of event. Usage: Main Courtyard Space can arrange seating for approx. 200 guests. Gazebo can be decorated as a "photo booth". Large Floor Space can be used for 'Food truck/RV Parking', 'Life-Sized Board Games', etc. (Additional Fee) Parking options: Free onsite parking & Free street parking for 30 cars is easily available along with 24/7 free parking in a nearby commercial parking lot within walking distance. We can recommend vendors for all special event services including the event planner and catering. Outside catering and other event services are allowed and welcome No smoking in the building No parking allowed in front of mailboxes No alcohol allowed after 8pm No music after 8pm, volume must remain very low at all times. We can only allow low-volume events. Event clean-up and wrap up must finish by 10pm

This venue was perfect to host my baby shower. I had around 120 guests and the entire process was extremely smooth. Permoon is a lovely host and made so many accommodations for my event. She let my vendors drop items off early and gave them a few days to pick them up which made it easier for everyone all around. I received so many compliments from my guest on this space. I would definitely book here again. Permoon- I can’t thank you enough for hosting my dream baby shower.
