Perfect outdoor location for pool parties, photoshoots, baby showers, birthday parties, gender reveals, engagement parties, graduation, you name it! Outdoor space with access to indoor kitchen and a cabana bathroom is available to renters. Tiki bed and outdoor pergola makes for relaxing space for talking and eating during parties and is a great place for photoshoots given the perfect lighting throughout the day. Extra time will be given prior to your event for decorations and/or catering team to set up. Access to backyard from side gate makes for easy set up and movement of large equipment (dj booth/speakers etc) Plenty of parking in both front and side driveway as well as empty field down the street. Outdoor area is spacious and can entertain large parties upwards of 200 people. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. We love to entertain and know how stressful it can be! We will work with you to make sure your event goes smoothly. Don't hesitate to ask questions! GENERAL RULES The owner of the above property does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages and serving of such beverages, and any risk involved is the complete responsibility of the individual renting the property through Peer Space. Alcoholic beverages are not to be taken beyond the property gates Attendees are to dispose of any glass or plastic containers in receptacles provided within the property gates. Attendees are not allowed to congregate and socialize in front of the property or outside of the property gates. Children are not allowed to jump on the Tiki bed; or use the swing in Pergola for play. Property owners will be responsible to maintain bathroom cleanliness and provide bathroom tissues, the renter is welcomed to provide any additional bathroom toiletries/set-up for guests. Guest service and trash pick-up during the event, is the responsibility of the renter. Access to kitchen when allowed, is for service staff only. Service staff can use stove/oven, refrigerator, counter tops/table for set up as well as basic kitchen appliances, and must take with them all serving containers, and dispose of any foil pans, stenos etc, at end of event. The property has enough space to set up an outdoor kitchen or grilling area, if preferred. Renters have access to firepit table/firepit and tiki torches. Please request preference for use before the event. Initial set-up will be provided/ No refills. Date re-scheduling in the event of an emergency is at the discretion of the renter. Personal Emergencies will not over ride the cancellation policy. Property owner is not responsible for bad weather on the day of the event. Parking is not provided, but available. Attendees should use good judgement and courtesy when parking. Follow rules for residential street parking, do not block driveways, etc. Please be aware if an event goes beyond the “noise limit time” in Miami Dade. You may be legally requested to turn down the music volume if a complaint is made. Property owner and host have no authority or control over what law enforcement says.
