Gorgeous Carriage house located in historic East Point, between downtown Atlanta and the airport. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is beautifully designed with an open kitchen . Plenty of seating around the island. and kitchenette. Large backyard and deck perfect for outdoor activities. Baby showers, gender reveal, private brunch, pampering and self care , (2) 70 inch tv’s for gaming parties or sports events. Also photography and video shoots.

The driveway holds 6 cars, there is unlimited street parking with a short walking distance from the house.
General Rules
Please do not place heavy items in the furniture
No smoking inside the house
No parking on the lawn
No loud music that can be heard outside of the house after 11 PM
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
There are 2 security video cameras outside. One doorbell camera and one video camera covering the front of the house., driveway, sidewalk.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
There is professional cleaning between events. High touch areas are sanitized. Heap filters and HVAC system cleaned on a regular schedule.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
