About the Space

Perfect space for outdoor birthday parties, baby or wedding showers, photoshoots, off-site meetings, and backyard weddings. Offers a picturesque outdoor oasis with a pool (and plenty of pool toys), covered patio, smart TV & bluetooth speeaker, blackstone grill, fire pit, outdoor dining, and kids area with a playhouse and picnic table. Mature trees provide shaded areas and there's plenty of open space for yard games and more! Inside is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. You'll have access to the kitchen, large dining room with seating for 8 plus a bar area and breakfast nook with seating for an additional 7 people, as well as a dedicated office with large workspace. Guests can use the downstairs half bath and a full bathroom upstairs.

Parking description

Four cars in the driveway with open street parking on both sides of the street.

General Rules

- No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed (inside or outside) - No pets of any kind (inside or outside) - No glass on the pool deck - Renter must be 25 years of age & there must be 1 person over 25 on site at all times for every five minors - No lifeguard is on duty and no diving is allowed; swimming is at the renters' own risk.

We have 2 security cameras in the front yard (front yard & driveway) and 2 in the backyard (patio & pool) that are always recording.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

We have a professional cleaner clean all spaces before every booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
