The Edison Boardroom is a spacious 2,000 square feet that can be set to your needs. The hourly rate includes (2) 65" monitors, (2) whiteboards, tables, chairs and customized directional signage. || Technology || The Edison Room has 2 monitors on mobile carts at the front of the room for presenting, in addition to a modern whiteboard and videoconferencing capabilities. Easily screencast your content from your device to the monitors over Wi-Fi or via HDMI. Connect to audio and the videoconferencing sound bar with a USB cable (provided). || Room Arrangement Options || Room Capacity - 70 Theater - 70 (chairs only) Classroom - 32 (tables and chairs) || Catering || You are welcome to have food delivered or bring in food. For your reference Bruegger’s Bagels, and Coffee N Talk are onsite for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options. Katherine and her team made everything run smooth. She was always quick to reply to any questions I had and verified all of my deliveries for me. We used the space to host a workshop and the room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Location is great if you have people needing hotels. Only issues was a lunch order was delivered to the wrong room but, it was quickly tracked down for us. We would definitely host our meetings here again.

The space was perfect! Clean, organized, helpful hosts, and comfortable chairs. We had a group of 16 for a retreat and it felt like the perfect sized space and the dual monitors helped everyone see the screens. The location was also fabulous as we left mid day for lunch and were able to walk to many different great restaurants in the area. The only complaint was the lack of windows. However, many of our people did not even realize there were no windows until that was pointed out due to the great lighting. In reality, the lack of windows lessened distractions as the space was on the main floor!
