About the Space
Spacious open floor plan in the flats of Kentfield with great outdoor entertaining and resort like amenities. Oversized garage and driveway accommodates many cars, making it easy for crews to set up photo shoots. 6 bedroom and 6 baths with an additional bath in the pool house. Wrap around decks capture a view of Mt Tam.

Our driveways can fit up to 10 cars and we have a huge adjacent lot to accommodate upward of 100 guests.

We have 3 large driveways and an additional parking lot adjacent that can hold several extra large trucks.

We have an additional space on the property which doubles as an office but most crews use are very large garage for catering and break time.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

We have excellent power and in case of an outage we have a generator that will power the entire house.

General Rules
Smoking is not allowed. We have a dog but she can be absent during shoots. Loud music must end by 10pm. All furniture rearrangement must be returned to it's original location
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Anything that is moved needs to be put back unscathed in it's exact spot. Most crews take pre-photos to ensure proper placement
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have several cameras placed throughout the outdoor space and several in the interior as well.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have been hyper vigilant about keeping our space clean. As of now we have not had any inside events and the most we have had is 12 guests. We are open to having more if guidelines are followed and majority of guests are outside all of the time.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
