About the Space
Our gated, very private 50 acre parcel is nestled on the Intracoastal Waterway on South Merritt Island (50 miles SE of the Orlando airport, 5 miles to Cocoa Beach, 2 hours North of Palm Beach). This perfect slice of "Old Florida"has been in our family since the 1930's with a beautiful palm grove, several original homes, multiple terraces, swimming pool, exotic fruit trees, gardens and 1200 feet of undisturbed riverfront. We have barns and out-buildings that are ideal for safely storing cameras and equipment. We also have a fabulous driftwood beach house perched on the ocean in neighboring Cocoa Beach. There is plenty of space for production companies to park and spread out and endless vistas to inspire beautiful photographs and footage. We have been featured in Coastal Living and a small indie feature film was shot here in the 1980's and have had a great bunch of photos shoots creating beautiful content. This is a magical place for your next project! Whether you're in search of Shangri-La, Xanadu, or a timeless Floridian landscape; the river, beach, barns, fields, trees, cottages...everything under the sun is here to be savored !

I had a photo shoot with a crew of 15 people in late March, and I will absolutely be back again. I think I could shoot here a hundred times with a hundred completely different outcomes. This property is absolutely breathtaking! The photos in the listing don't do it justice. Our production team arrived for a walk thru with a clear idea of exactly where we would shoot. That plan was completely turned on its head from the moment we entered the gates! The palm groves, the beach and dock, the long winding driveway, the pool, the barns, and even the cottages each have something unique to offer. Suzanne is so incredibly communicative and accommodating. Her presence, and the stories she told about her family's history on the property are just another part of the magic of the space. Nobody wanted to leave once we wrapped!

Had a 3 day photoshoot here with a large crew. The photos of this location do not do it justice. There were plenty of different areas to shoot since the property is so vast. The host, Suzanne, was incredibly helpful and attentive. We also hired her grown kids as PAs on set -- which was extremely helpful since they knew the lay of the land, and how to get around quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this location! 10/5 stars.
