This stunning building has been repurposed (vaults still intact!) with a modern spin to accommodate commercial, production and signature events large and small, with a full range of production and equipment amenities in house. Studio A features: 1st FL Lofted space 33' Long x 20' Wide and 18' Tall White Cyclorama Wall. Color changed upon request. Fully equipped Makeup & Dressing Room (Bathroom with Shower & 2 Makeup Stations) behind CYC. Handicap accessible bathroom Dedicated in floor power specs, all on individual circuits. 8 x 20 amp circuits, 2 x 30 amp circuits. Dedicated distro plug in located in the closet on your left as you walk into the kitchen. Distro box available upon request. Secondary shooting area with north-facing natural light (Add-on cost) Available in house grip and eq for video, photo, sound and production needs. Full rental catalog is available on our website ( Nikon Z7, Nikon D810, Ari 650's, Ari sky panel, Bowens strobe kit, C--stands, rolling stands, tripods, microphones, light modifiers and more) Black out curtains. Rear entry way with ramp for easy load in/out at street-level. High Speed wifi available throughout with line in connections in all areas except kitchen. Sand bags are included with rental of studio space. Short/long-term production storage available in vaults and in the basement for additional fee.
