About the Space
Ideal for musical activities such as band showcase. There is a large stage and a section for audience or dancing. There is also a downstairs lounge and even a private bedroom and bathroom. Fully soundproofed and insulated, with modern air conditioning/heating. Includes PA system, musical amplifiers and professional lighting. Located in a 200 year old barn that has been completely and lovingly renovated to modern standards, this is a unique and beautiful space that is comfortable and enjoyable.

First of all, the choice of this place was ideal, meeting our filming needs while providing great convenience for our team. Secondly, the hospitality and professional service of the hosts deserve a special mention. They not only welcomed us warmly upon our arrival but were also available throughout the filming period, ready to assist with any issues. This level of professionalism and thoughtfulness greatly reduced our stress, making the entire filming process more enjoyable and smooth. Lastly, the maintenance and management of the entire venue were exceptional. Both cleanliness and safety standards were of the highest quality. Our team members were full of praise for this filming experience and are confident that we will choose this location for more projects in the future. Booked this spot for a music video and it was amazing! Space was exactly as pictured and hosts were very accommodating, especially with clearing most of the instruments for our production design and equipment. Lounge space was great for cast and crew to rest and eat. Everyone was in awe of the architecture, and parking was so easy. Overall an amazing experience and so thankful we were able to find this place.

The space is amazing! It is both intimate (because of the lighting) and open for bigger crowds.There were 30 invitees, with music and dancing (a birthday celebration). EVERYONE RAVED about the place. The space includes an entry way that can be used for any food catering and drinking/eating. And there was ample space for parking! The hosts were super gracious and accommodating. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it!
