This was such a great space, easy access for parking, and everyone invited to my private event was able to access it very easily, its also extremely beautiful on the inside, I recommend this conference room to anyone whose planning on having a professional gathering.

I booked this for a free workshop. They didn't put in the description prior to booking that you had to drive to their office the day of the event by 4:30pm to pick up a key fob to access the space. Unfortunately, I didn't see the message I needed to do that until 5:45 when I got to the space and found it locked. Had I known earlier I would not have booked this space as I don't live in the area & in meetings all day the last 2 day. We had people coming and were thinking of other options. I also couldn't get a hold of anyone live to help me as the number went to an automated VM & I could only leave a message. Then I tried going to the leasing office. The office hours on the door said that it was open until 6:30pm, but when I knocked around 6:15pm, no one answered. Luckily I was able to randomly bump into someone who had a key fob who let us into the conference room to conduct our meeting as planned. And when I got into the room, there were other people working in the space & I had to ask them to leave. The space itself was very nice. But this was the worst for communication & ease to find / access the place. I also feel they needed to put in the actual description (not in the email after booking is confirmed) about the key fob. The hours they had listed they were open to is 10pm and that's partly why I booked it. It was highly stressful & inconvenient to start our workshop late. But we were able to complete it on time and remove all the trash and clean up.
