About the Space
A real "gem" of a backdrop for a photo-shoot. Property is located in Historic Plantation which is in the Ft Lauderdale area, 10 minutes from downtown. We are on an acre of land that has magnificent trees, a beautiful extended lawn, gorgeous oversized pool & pool deck, and a spectacular wooden deck overlooking the property. General Rules
1. Access to the indoor main house is not included, unless prior arrangements have been made (for a fee). Please contact me directly if this is of interest.
2. Noise levels must remain low.
3. Apart from the exterior grounds, there will be access to a bathroom, but you may only enter the bathroom through an exterior door.
4. Pool furniture may be used and must be moved back to its original location when finished.
5. Any trash & equipment must be removed at the end of the booking.
6. Liability waiver must be signed by all attendees.

8. Valid permits must be provided for all vendors.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
1,000,000 liability insurance, valid permits for all vendors, and must sign a wavier. (insurance option here: https://www.thimble.com/peerspace?partnerid=F3NVTDT9F)
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Outdoor furniture can be moved, but must be returned to its original location. It also should not be damaged.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Some cameras around property they are activated by motion.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Surfaces are wiped down. The area is outdoors and there is enough space to socially distance.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
