About the Space
Welcome to CAM STUDIO's also known as CREATE And MEET Studios... 1200 sq feet with incredible natural light throughout the entire day. We have south facing windows allows for even light from 8am-6pm. 15 minuets from Laguna beach 8 min to Downtown San Juan Capistrano. Perfect location to capture both indoor studio and outdoor Lifestyle photos. The studio is perfect for video production, boudoir, family, maternity, styled shoots, wedding and engagement sessions and mini sessions year round. the options are endless. At this time we are NOT renting the studio for branding/commercial photography. We have built multiple sets with furniture and props that are easily interchangeable between sets. Sets: -Bedroom -Kitchen - no sink (cabinet is on casters and easy to move around) -Living Room 1- Modern Boho -Living Room 2- Emerald green Couch with modern rug and plants -Office with desk and multiple walls for shooting -Paper backdrops with seamless paper (additional fee) Close 5 freeway access and surrounded by incredible restaurants, live music and shopping! For an extra fee you can: - rent Pro Foto B10 Flash package ( roller stand / - rent continuous lights with light modifiers - paper backdrop 4 ft or 12ft Includes, wifi, heating, air conditioning and free parking with direct access to the studio. PLEASE READ RULES BEFORE BOOKING TO AVOID CANCELLATION AND EXPENSIVE ADDITIONAL FEES: STRICTLY NO STANDING ON OR ITEMS ON FURNITURE. A substantial cleaning fee or replacement fee will be added to booking for guests who stand on, dirty damage our furniture. STRICTLY NO SHOES ON RUG. No shoes allowed on rug. once stained, cannot come off. STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CANDLE BURNING, NO INCENSE in studio AND building, NO HAZE OR FOG MACHINE. STRICTLY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED. No Exceptions READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BOOKING CANCELLATION. Crews must respect the space and ensure ALL FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT is exactly how you found it. Please try and arrive on time to ensure a timely check out. *We do have camera's on the space to monitor: safety, arrival times + departure time, overtimes, extra charges and damages. We do not keep any footage unless Peerspace ask's for proof of the above.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

Cam Studio is great! Beautiful lighting, beautiful setups and furniture. I do think the cleaning rate is a little much considering it's not cleaned between sessions and I didn't bring anything into studio that would leave a mess and everything was put back as I found it. Easy access, can't review anything about owner because I didn't hear from her at all. The space is so perfect for my sessions that, that would not stop me from booking again. Thank you!

Absolutely loved the session I did here for my branding photos. There was so much variety and styles to choose from. It was clean and so easy to communicate with Cam. I will definitely be renting here again!
