Natural light comes in primarily in our side stalls, doorways, and soft light (not direct beams) comes through skylights in the roof of the barn. Light can be minimized by keeping doors closed and shooting in the open center of the barn. Generally, noon-3pm will be the brightest portion of the day.

There is very little ambient noise in the surrounding area as we're on a private drive. Our barn is heated by furnace so if the heat is on there may be some low whirring noise.

We have a connected office and catering prep kitchen in the barn that will be kept private from shooting

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Additional charges may apply. FOOD AND BEVERAGE If liquor will be served and/or consumed on the property, an ABC permit must be obtained in advance. No dishwashing can be done on the premises. Any food served must be provided by a licensed and insured professional caterer, or brought in from a professional food service establishment. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. $1 million occurrence and $2 million aggregate for liability insurance

Wooden crossback chairs, white padded chairs, farm tables, and cocktail tables can be moved, but our furniture in our getting ready suites cannot be moved. If your production requires them to be removed or in a certain layout, please let us know in advance (additional charge may be incurred for our team to move them).
