Jordan was an amazing host, constant communication and making us feel welcomed in his space. The space itself is out of this world, amazing, beautiful, I cannot begin to properly describe the Jungle.

Phenomenal space! Jordan was there to greet us and was so open and respectful. Showed us around the space, offered us all water, even gave us some extra time to finish up. Honestly one of the nicest hosts ever. Beautiful and well kept space, very unique. Would recommend!

I used this space for a boudoir photoshoot for my boyfriend and it was perfect! Jordan was super respectful and helpful! He misted the plants so I could have the look of the leaves being wet. The space was a little small but he said he was moving to a bigger space here soon and it was still a great area for my shots! Thank you so much Jordan!! 10/10 recommend!

Jordan was a great host, and an astonishing botanist! The whole place definitely had the tropical jungle feel we needed for our shoot. The only downside is that (as of 2023-10-16) the space is situated in the dining area / living room of a small apartment. That meant that room for shooting was limited, and the variety of shots possible without including some part of the apartment was likewise limited. However, equipped with some creativity and a wide lens, we were able to get a lot of cool shots you really couldn't get anywhere else outside of the Denver Botanic Gardens!

The space worked out for what Iw as trying to complete. I wish the space had a little better natural light, however I was able to make it work. The host was excellent and very friendly. I would give 5 stars if The natural light was better.

This is my first Peerspace booking, although I have rented studio space via other avenues before. There seemed to be a disconnect with the Peerspace app as the host never received my information/booking. I did receive an immediate payment confirmation and a booking confirmation the day prior to the shoot. The host was not in the space when I arrived. However, I did call his voicemail and left a message. He called me back quickly and said he could be there in 10 minutes. He did arrive shortly thereafter and quickly got the space pulled together. My clients were pretty chill about everything, so it all worked out in the end. Jordan was accommodating and helpful throughout. He checked in to make sure we understood the rules around the plants and said he would be available upstairs for us to get help with moving any furniture. I appreciated his offer to help and assistance. He also offered us bottled water. The space is lush, green, noticeably humid, and full of amazing tropical plants. It definitely gives a different vibe for shooting in Denver. Where else can you find a banana tree in the vicinity? My client and her husband wanted an indoor spot for their maternity session so this location worked out perfectly. I'm pleased with the photos overall and am looking forward to sending them to my client. My advice for anyone booking on Peerspace is that if you send a message and don't receive a reply, you should call the host to be sure everything is set and in place. I've been debating about the rating, but since it appears to be a technical issue, and Jordan came through promptly, I'm giving a 5-star rating.
