About the Space
This unique space offers a vibe that is hard to find in the greater Los Angeles area. Located in Signal hill, it's easily accessible and rooted in a quiet industrial complex. Our private parking lot, 24 Hour Access and relaxing atmosphere has made us a "MUST" book on peerspace. We have a 24ft White Cyc Wall, 5 sets,2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and 6 car parking lot with additional street parking. During your rental, you will also have access to our Beauty room that has tons of mirrors and complete privacy. Our daily operations consist of photos shoots, commercials, video shoots, PODCAST, private events and work place meetings. To provide the best experience, we do allow outside food and drinks.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Heather was kind and accommodating! The space was perfect for our photoshoot. Really loved that there was a separate dressing room with AC. Also helpful that there was a steamer.

Great space. Parking spaces / load in from the back. Had some lighting and equipment we needed. Heather was great, would definitely use again. Good space for shoots, gatherings, and more.
