The parking lot fits 8 cars and additional cars can park in the driveway area.

The light will come from the right side of the building through out the morning and sunset will be in front of the building. If you like to play with light shining through the building, the ideal shooting time is 2 hours before sunset. If you prefer to have soft light without any sunlight peaking through the windows then the morning time til noon is best. From 12 noon to 4PM, the light shines through the windows on the right side of the building .

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood area. There might be another rental on the first floor so it will get noisy. If you need complete privacy, please let us know so we can make arrangements.

Stairs, Ground Floor

Loading can be done through the front doors and rear doors access.

Office room is off-limits and locked.

Most plugs and outlets are standard 20-amp outlets.

* No smoking, vaping, hookah in the building * Smoking must be away outside 25 ft from the building entrance doors area * Any holes or damage to walls, furniture, and the building will be charged at the repair cost * Please return all furniture to original location as when you arrive. Please notice our staff if there is any misplaced or unorganized furniture placement before you start. * Before checkout, on-site staff will check all the space for correct furniture arrangements, and any damages that may happen during the rental. * Please arrange your set up and clean up time within the rental period. The start time and end time must be prompt. Overtime rental will be charged at a 1.5x rate * Please keep music at a reasonable level * No glitter and flowers in the bathtub only soap is allowed. * No alcohol is allowed in the space * Please take your shoes off when putting your feet on furniture and bed. * Your start time and end time end promptly within the booking period, please plan for set up and clean up time before and after the rental within your rental hours. Overtime will be billed at 30 minutes increment rate. * Please be careful when leaning any items against the wall or moving furnitures. * On-site staff can be available to assist if requested. * No sexual activity allowed in the space.

Insurance is required for large production crew for commercial work.

Furniture can be moved through out the space but it needs to be moved back to original location when the rental session is done.
