Our goal is to offer industry professionals multi-use spaces (without breaking the budget!) so that you will return for additional projects time after time. The property encompasses a wooden deck overlooking the Koi Pond, Chicago Brick pavers leading to a tropical hidden saltwater pool (which can be heated at clients request), an Outdoor Kitchen, Outdoor Tropical Shower, and even a 1954 Shasta travel-trailer! Vintage Scooters, GoKarts, Pinball machine and additional “Props” to let your imagination and skills flow. The possibilities are endless... ✅Photo shoots, film, lifestyle, magazine or product shoot ✅Youtube, TikTok, Reels, Podcasts/Interviews ✅Commercial Filming location ✅Bridal/engagement celebrations, Proposals ✅Meetings, company events, team building lunch and learns, business meetings Maternity Shoots and More! - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

What an incredible experience! Adam as absolutely amazing as a host. He had plenty of options for us there beyond what we brought. The number of places you can shoot just continue to grow the more you walk around. So many great ideas allowed as to add multiple new shots for our photo shoot.

This was my second booking with Adam at the Palm Way. Like before it was a amazing experience. He was very helpful had a wide range of clothing option and accessories available to be used. As well as the place being immaculate. I will as well as the model continue to use this amazing place for future photoshoots!

This is one of the best locations in South Florida. I had a great time shooting for our publications. Adam is a fantastic host. Will be coming back more often. I can shoot every day here if i can.
