This majestic 1903 Modern Victorian home sits on a quiet side street just steps from the highly coveted Winchester Center (8 miles from downtown Boston) with high end restaurants, specialty shops, and parks. This home boasts 3 porches with the front wrap-around porch offering beautiful views of mature beech and oak trees and a perfect setting to enjoy the warm summer nights. The large Victorian chimneys are adored by Winchester residents. The spacious interior (~3500 sq ft) is adorned with stunning period details, including coffered ceilings, built-ins, detailed woodwork and four fireplaces for various sizes. The first floor consists of a spacious foyer, formal living room with a fireplace, a sitting room, a dining room with a grand fireplace, a stunning Chef's kitchen with coffered ceilings and Jenn-Air appliances, 2 mudrooms, half bathroom, and a private patio perfect for basketball games. The main staircase with stunning woodwork leads you the second floor containing 3 bedrooms, a chic office, and an outdated bathroom.

Beautiful space as always, clean and ready for use. My clients loved it. Note when booking shoes are to be kept off of wool rugs, I let my clients know and they were happy to take shoes off and slip them on when needed. Always easy to work with Kasia!

Everything was clean, not a thing out of place. All of my clients were gushing over all of the details throughout the property. The porch swing was definitely a crowd favorite along with the kitchen. The host was so sweet and very responsive. I hope to book again soon!
