We have a small parking lot in front and plenty of free street parking nearby
General Rules
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
Guests must follow all fire safety regulations.
Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level, especially after hours.
Any alcohol served on the premises must be provided by the venue or a licensed caterer, and consumption must be in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Health and Safety Measures
Before and after each event, our team cleans and disinfects all surfaces, including tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms. We use hospital-grade cleaning products to kill germs and bacteria, and we pay extra attention to high-touch areas to prevent the spread of illness.
In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we have increased our cleaning frequency and added extra sanitation stations throughout the venue to provide additional protection against germs and viruses.
We also ask that our guests do their part in maintaining a clean environment by disposing of any trash properly and avoiding any behaviors that may contribute to a messy or unsanitary space.
Our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our venue, and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
