About the Space
This is the home of a DIY Art Studio. A quaint boutique atmosphere. Perfect for birthdays, bridal, baby and bachelorette photos. This is a must see artsy photo space in the Lehigh Valley.

No smoking or vaping inside the space.
Trash must be disposed of in the dumpster prior to your departure.
Do not utilize any of the art material unless it is a part of your booked event. You will be charged a fee if it is found the material has been used.
Any boutique items you wish to purchase must be rung up we do not bill for them.
Only wine and beer is permitted onsite.
Congregating outside the studio doors is not permitted. Event must remain inside the space.

Please be sure to use the trash receptacles responsibly. All trash must be collected and placed in dumpster behind the building before leaving.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
