About the Space
Family/advertising photo shoots will work well in our space. The bright hues on our walls are inspired by the sea and the house is filled with natural light. Classic structure with three bedrooms and extra long living space allows for many activities and photo shoots to happen simultaneously. There is a lot of potential stored up in the beautiful back courtyard complete with a built in table and bench.

Two cars can fit on a driveway. Street parking is also available in front of the house
General Rules
1. No smoking in the house please.
2. Please only put toilet paper in the toilet. Flushable wipes are a lie!!!
3. Quiet hours are 10p.m. to 6 a.m.
4. Please disclose the purpose of your event and how many attendees there will be.
5. Please turn off all lights upon leaving
6. Dispose of garbage in the green receptacle outside in the backyard.

Cleaned after every use with disinfectant . Central air in main house.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
