This second floor gallery space can be reorganized to meet your event's needs and offers an excellent space for meetings, book launches, speaker presentations or creative workshops for businesses or individuals. Located in an historic building within walking distance of the Takoma metro and minutes from bookshops, restaurants, cafes and retail stores, this gallery space offers a unique setting for your next event with its high ceilings and natural light. A private restroom and kitchenette are part of the rental space. The layout of the space is flexible. • Option to set up for a formal meeting with room for 16 people seated around a large 16 foot table space. • Option for speaker presentation for up to 20 attendees with use of a large 60 inch screen with HDMI connection for a laptop. • Option for informal networking or business social event with small tables and open layout. Automatic self-entry via keypad. Blackout blinds on all windows for presentation needs.
