This is an industrial-style space located in the heart of Historic Downtown Lombard. The ceiling structure is exposed and reaches a height of 14 feet. The original wood floors have been refinished and stained a medium brown color. The space includes a private bathroom and a kitchenette (no sink) with a long, 12-foot butcher block island and plenty of cabinets. The current setup includes a central conference area and butcher block desktops with ample space for eight workstations, but the open area can be arranged in any desired configuration. A private room with a sliding 4' x 9' black barn door can also be used as a prep area BY REQUEST.

I am not one to write reviews but as an event planner who has rented out many spaces, I must say that this was the worst experience I have ever had. To begin, as a courtesy we always try to leave the space as neatly as possible and spent a considerably amount of time cleaning up the space even though we paid the cleaning fee. We respected her space and left it clean and not only was she not appreciative, she demanded that we tip her for taking out the garbage bags that we neatly tucked away. After the event was over we moved our items out of her space and into the hallway so we can load our vehicles. She demanded a late fee of $200 for being in the hallway after the event that she shares with multiple other spaces. We spent our entire time loading the vehicle and only went back into her space to ensure that nothing was left behind. I asked her for the property management contact so we could settle the late fee with them because she legally doesn’t own the hallways. She proceeded to charge our card before we could even have a conversation with management. Gaby is very unprofessional and scammer and has no respect for her clients. With this review I’ll also be sending screenshots of our conversation to peer space among other things for referencing that “Peer space doesn’t care as long as they get a cut”. As a business owner myself this is a reminder moving forward to always treat EVERYONE I do business with with the upmost respect and dignity.

I highly recommend this location for your next meeting. The meeting room was flexible, Gaby was very accommodating, and the downtown Lombard venue allows for numerous lunch/dinner options. We will definitely use this location again!
