About the Space
Our space works well with Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Bridal Suite, Pre-Prom, Vendor Market, Sweet 16, Networking Events, and Business Seminars. Customers have two space options they can rent from. The "Full Venue" includes the downstairs, loft, and rooftop areas and "Downstairs" only including the downstairs area. Our space has a beautiful Versace tile and grass wall which is great for photo opportunities. Creative Studio is the premier event venue of Staten Island. With elaborate decor, Versace grass wall and outdoor rooftop, our venue is the perfect location for your next soirée. Something Blü is an ADA complaint facility.

Free onsite parking lot in front of venue premises. Free street parking on side streets. Free street parking on main avenue on Sundays.
General Rules
It is prohibited to attach any fixtures, posters, backdrops, decorations, etc. from the Versace tile or grass wall.
We does not assume any responsibility for any personal injuries that may occur to any members of the renting party during their entire length of stay.
Parking in the neighbor’s lot is prohibited and you may be towed. Please park at your own risk.
The renter assumes all responsibility for any damages that occur to the venue during the entire length of stay and will leave a credit card on file for any potential damages

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras on the outside, and the inside of the venue premises.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
At Something Blü Creative Studio event venue we adhere to all COVID-19 policies and procedures. This includes all government guidelines surrounding cleaning, disinfection and social distancing.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has additional space outdoors
The space has informational signage including:
