About the Space

Welcome to the Luxurious Waterfront Condo in Huntington Harbor! This is an incredible space with 2057 square feet of glossy white tiles and stylish vinyl flooring. There are wonderful shooting opportunities throughout the home, including the waterfront backyard and shiny interior. The lights inside are dimmable to create the right atmosphere for your photoshoot. There are also real and fake candles than can be used to create an intimate setting. We also have RGB lights mounted to the ceiling and walls that can be used to create a patterned ambiance. These RGB lights also can react to music to create a cool and vibrant party atmosphere. We also have a kayak that you can use to take photos in the backyard. This Condo is perfect for Luxury photoshoots for personal and commercial use as it offers an unparalleled backdrop. We hope you choose this Space for your photoshoot needs and hope you have a great time at it! *The host may be at home to supervise and provide accommodation's and refreshments, depending on the day.

Parking description

Free Onsite Parking. You are allowed to park anywhere in the lots, however If you are coming with multiple cars, I would recommend staggering where you guys are parking as to not fill up the spots that some of the residents use.

Lighting description

1. We have large windows that allow light to flow in from the waterfront backyard and illuminate the living room brightly. 2. There are blinds in the living room that can be used to customize how much light enters it. They can be used to shut out all light. 3. The upstairs portion of the Condo has natural lighting via rooftop glass panels in certain rooms. 4. The best times of the day for natural lighting would be the morning and around sunset. The RGB lighting and fireplaces look much better at night.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

1. There may occasionally some people walking outside or on a very rare circumstance, some construction. However, this space is in a quiet retirement type of area. 2. The street is not busy at it is in an out of the way HOA.

General Rules

1. No smoking in the building. Only outside. 2. No eating inside the building. Only outside. 3. Noise must be kept to a minimum outside, as neighbors can and will be able to hear everything in the backyard. 4. No Pets. 5. No movement of furniture, unless prior consent by Host. Moved furniture must be returned to its original location. 6. No drugs or other illicit substances. 7. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals, and the time to do so should be factored into booking hours. 8. No shoes in the house. (The floors will stain easily) 9. No large parties, unless consent of Host is given. 10. No equipment on hard surfaces without a furniture pad laid down first.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

1. Must contact HOST before doing so and gain approval. 2. Must place moved furniture and decorations back to the original location.

We have professional house cleaners from the company "Maids South Coast" that come to sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
