About the Space
The Bella Bungalow is a great space for recording podcasts, lifestyle photo shoots, small retreats, birthday parties, and events were you planning for a smaller guest list with a big impact. This small historic home has so much charm. It’s a warm and inviting space with a ton of natural light, earth tones, and of course all the plants. This is the go to spot for creatives, leaders, entrepreneurs, friends, and family to make lasting memories!

Parking description
Park in the driveway on the left of the house. The length of the driveway can fit up to three cars. There is also free parking on the street in front of the house and a larger free parking lot one block away.

Please empty all trash into the brown Trash Bin outside.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaning service come in and thoroughly clean after every booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
