"Neighbors called the cops because the guests did not adhere to parking rules. Guest had exterior sign delivered and set up on the property without host approval 7+ hours before the event started. (Guest did pay for this later) Guest total turnout was 60% more than reserved. Guest disputed the additional charge after host billed based on the headcount guest provided. As of this review the guest has not paid for the additional headcount"
