About Originator Studios
Our studio is a collaborative creation of filmmakers and videographers - designed to be the perfect space for making films, videos, commercials, television productions, and interactive media. The studio is 800 sq. ft. with a 300 sq. ft. green room space upstairs. The studio includes a cyc wall (white/green, check for current color), raising lighting grid, kitchen, green room, makeup room, sound insulated air conditioning, and gated parking lot that fits 15-20 cars. Ground access to studio allows you to back right in to unload thru 10ft clearance bay doors. Located 1 mile from downtown with lots of great food within walking distance! This space is great for interviews, photo sessions, screenings, & small events! Pricing*: Studio: $150/hr with outdoor event on lot: $200/hr (includes use of pop up tent/set up) *Inquire about SXSW rates. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We're doing everything we can to keep Originator clean and safe! Here's our regulations and safety precautions: • Face masks required at all times • We’ll screen everyone entering the studio with a touchless thermometer. If you read over 99.6 degrees, you’ll be sent home. • Talent may remove mask while on camera, and must replace as soon as they’re finished filming • No more than 10 people in your production crew • Stay 6 feet apart • Wash hands or use hand sanitizer often. Handwashing stations located in bathroom and kitchen • Use spray sanitizer provided by Originator Studios to periodically wipe down shared equipment • Keep bein’ awesome!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
