Soundwave Studios Backlot in West Oakland is a huge affordable multi use space for music production rehearsals, video shoots, film, tv, photography and content, classes, and other small group activities.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
