Here's what makes THE STUDIO an appealing choice for any gathering: - A bright and airy loft-style space of 600 square feet with fourteen-foot ceilings and tall, light-filled windows - A cozy, well-conditioned space, adjusted to any season with both heating and cooling facilities. - A professionally equipped kitchen, ready for service. - Seating arrangements include two rolling tables that can host 16 to 18 guests, four folding tables seating up to 32, eight stools, and twenty-four folding chairs. - The venue retains its rustic charm with high ceilings, original factory hardwood floors, and beams. - A total of two restrooms are available for guests' comfort. - Evokes a quiet, creative vibe being in a building home to artists, collectors and small manufacturers. We offer flexible food and drink policies: - Food and alcohol are permitted in the space. - In-house catering is available, allowing you discounts on space rental. - Outside, full-service, insured caterers are welcomed. - For those wishing to bring their own food, we provide a friendly cleaning checklist and possible cleaning fees. For music lovers: - Personal or live music is welcome though this isn't the ideal place for a full-blown dance party. We offer our own on-site catering (in which case, we are sometimes able to offer discounts on space rental--please ask!) We also welcome outside, full service, insured caterers. If you'd like to bring your own food (without a caterer), we will guide you with a friendly cleaning checklist. For heavy kitchen use, beyond reheating and storing food, we also charge a $100 cleaning fee. If using a licensed caterer who you’ve hired for full set up and clean up, we may waive the cleaning fee. Please, no smoking. MUSIC: You are welcome to bring your own music, including live music, though we don't think this is the right space for a raucous dance party. The building itself is quiet; home to amazing artists, collectors, and small manufacturers.
