Weekday Daytime Rate (Mon-Thu) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $260 per hour Weekday Evening Rate (Mon-Thu) 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM $385 per hour ----------------------------------------- Weekend Daytime Rate (Fri-Sun) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $300 per hour Weekend Evening Rate (Fri-Sun) 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM $450 per hour *** 3-hour minimum weekday or daytime rentals, please. *** 4-hour minimum Friday, Saturday, Sunday evening rentals, please. Bar: Beer/wine/juices/teas/sparkling soda/coconut water provided by Lost Church and can be no host or the client can set a pre-determined cap and pay for their attendees' beverages in advance or at the end of the event. Drink prices range from $5-10 each. No outside drinks please, unless pre-approved. When approved, corkage fees are: Wine - $10 per bottle Bottle of Liquor - $15 per bottle Handle of Liquor - $35 per bottle and premixed/batched cocktails up to 2 gallons Non-Alcoholic outside beverages are discouraged since we carry many nice options, but a flat fee will apply if accepted on a case-by-case basis. *Recent flat fee was $100 for outside international sodas that we cannot order ourselves. Unlimited number of specialty sodas is approved. Our bartender gives them out from the bar and we provide ice and an ice chest for them. Food: Outside finger food, appetizers, and cake or cupcakes prepared by either a caterer or the client are welcome (no messy food, please). There is very little behind the scenes space to prepare or store food. Snacks are great, but anything approaching a dinner scenario is not a good fit. Rentals of The Lost Church are a service and are not tax deductible in the same way that a donation is. But, it goes a long way to keeping our mission and nonprofit alive. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
