About the Space

Our unique space was created in 2014, as a place for my husband and I to hold our own wedding reception. We are both architects, and our family was all on board to make our vision come to life! Following our party, we began getting requests to use the space for small parties, so we made a website and the rest is history! Now we are thrilled to offer the space to our community as a casual, fun, and interesting place to gather and hold events. We are proud to host other fun things like Yoga, Homemade Markets, and our very own hosted Dinner and Music events. The space is easy to get to, requires very little "decorations", and offers a lot of flexibility being one big open warehouse space. The unique open plan is ideal for production, and filming. Also the easy truck access from the parking lot is a huge asset. We are a laid-back group, happy to accommodate for all uses. We are just thrilled to be sharing our unique spot with more users, other than big events. The Deets: 5000 sf warehouse space Venue manager on-site for entire rental Cleaning before and after each rental Adjacent parking for up to 100 vehicles Wi-Fi Use of The Airstream Lounge! Vintage bar (with an amazing line up of Whiskeys!) 3 Buffet Tables for your use Antique Motorcycle gallery wall Fire pit (weather permitting) String lights in main space and courtyard Trash cans & trash bags Use of three Restrooms (one accessible) Use of small catering prep kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and sink) We typically offer Bar Packages for events at an hourly rate per person. However, if a bar package isn't something you're interested in, we require a mandatory $150 bar fee for a lovely bartender to man the station. Time in the space setting up and breaking down should be included in the entire rental time.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
