Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Facilities and Ventilation: The studio is a top-floor corner loft with 12-foot windows that open to allow fresh air circulation throughout the space. The open layout supports good airflow and a comfortable environment for guests. Cleaning and Disinfection: The studio is professionally cleaned between every booking. High-touch surfaces including counters, door handles, equipment, and shared amenities are cleaned and disinfected as standard practice. A professional cleaner is scheduled prior to each booking. Guest Comfort: Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available throughout the space for guest use. Guests who are unwell are kindly asked to reschedule their booking. Management: We maintain a clean, well-managed space and are responsive to any concerns before, during, and after your booking. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
