Production Studio Space measured at 29x25x14 for photo studio or video production needs. Large WHITE cyclorama (infinity wall) with lots of space to accommodate different sets as well as 20' Rosco Chroma Key Green on adjacent wall. This is $95/hr Mon-Sun "2 hour minimum." ** Overtime is $125/hr. (Between 6pm-6am) Everything else is the same rules. Overtime Hourly Pricing based on Peerspace rules of 30 minute increments. *Large setup of standard LED floor lights, stingers, apple boxes, C-Stands (Included) We have a large lighting GRID as well overhead! Hair & Makeup Room, (1) bathroom, chairs, 10' x 10' roll up door. We also have FREE WiFi Quiet Mini Split HVAC and lots of free parking (up to 3 cars in front) in our own parking spaces, plus lots of free parking at the back and front of complex. *Sound - For productions looking for a quiet space for interviews, Saturday and Sunday are the only 2 days where no one is around and the sound is great. During the week it can be hit or miss as other businesses are open. We always let any booking know this before hand and always recommend a lav setup and boom for safety. We have productions going on all the time and don't have issues with that setup. ** There are also optional Additional charges under Amenities in relation to additional Lighting, Video Equipment, and Production staff. ** Very Important: Leaving our cyc wall and studio the same as you arrived is imperative! We take a photo of the studio before and after to make sure things are put away and the cyc floors aren’t destroyed. We explain to renters how to maintain the white floors. Normal wear is fine, but if left a mess where we can’t rent it without a repaint we will let the before and after photos make that call. Repaint fees are $350. Client will also need to sign upon arrival an agreement discussing this to acknowledge they agreed to these rules. Basically treat the space as if it was your own studio and we are good! - - - - -
